We are a mission-driven company widening access to higher education. We build the tools that put a student in charge of their own application — wherever in the world they start, wherever they want to study, and whenever in life they apply.
The information exists. It is gathered nowhere.
Every university publishes what it wants. Every country runs its own platform. Every funding body keeps its own calendar. A student applying to ten schools is working across unconnected systems, and the list of what each one asks for runs past 150 separate tasks.
Nobody holds the whole list
Not the school, not the family, not any one portal. The student is the only person who can see all of it, in the year they also sit exams.
Advice is unevenly shared
Some students have a counselor who knows the systems. Most do not, and the gap between those two starting points decides a great deal.
The work is administrative
Hours that could go to the essays and the exams go instead to finding out what is required, and to keeping track of it.
UniTrak
A student adds the schools they are applying to. UniTrak finds what each one requires — deadlines, essays, tests, documents, aid forms — and builds one plan, ordered around that student’s own week.
It is bought by the student, and it belongs to them. That is what makes it work for a student whose school has bought nothing.
Free where the price is a barrier
UniTrak is free to any student who qualifies on financial need or who holds an application fee waiver. A student says so when they sign up. We do not ask for anything else.
We do not sell admission
We operate in an advisory capacity and guarantee no outcome at any institution. What we provide is the tracking, so the thinking and the writing stay with the student.
Schools, counselors and programs
Counseling offices, EducationUSA centres, independent counselors and the nonprofits that support young people all carry the same problem: the same date and requirement questions come back in every meeting, in a year with a fixed number of them.
There is nothing to buy, install or administer, and no money changes hands in either direction. The tracking is handled. The advising stays with you.
